This is a great video.  Came out last year after he won the Tour Championship, and a great reminder that the "experts" know exactly nothing.    Why anyone gives credence to people like Shannon Sharpe, Jamele Hill (good gravy is she an idiot), Colin Cowherd, or anyone else baffles me!

The word was to not get too hopeful about this recruitment unless he takes another visit, so very interesting. If CWat can deliver Trendon to IU then give the man whatever job he wants. 

"They" are planning to visit IU, as in Christian too?
Starting to feel like Christian may be pursuing a job with IU, which I would be all for.

Archie is putting in a lot of work to try and get us positioned for a good upcoming season. To me, if we can get Brunk and another good shooting wing/guard that can play a quality 8+ minutes then we are in good shape. The biggest question mark as a lot of us have stated is the health of Jerome Hunter. If he’s 100% then that really gives us an all around scoring threat.

Getting a guy to perform that's been on probation for kidnapping, aggravated assault,  and possession is a "cool" factor? 

This is my take as well. Does Joey Brunk have to come in and be an all big ten player? No. Do we need a serviceable back up big man for our veteran big who is injury prone and commits 175 fouls per 3 minutes. Absolutely. 
I believe that TJD will end up being a big time player for us at IU, but if anyone thinks we can survive with only Davis and TJD next season at the 5 spot is crazy. We have Race, but IMO he is not a true 5, and we saw some of that in mismatches last season. We obviously have a need for a shooting guard, but the need for a big man who has seen action in a strong conference is also a huge need for this team. 
An Indiana kid, who plays his butt off, has seen a lot of high level D1 basketball, is a good student and will buy into the program (hopefully). Sign me up, unless there is a better option I'm just not aware of. 

Can someone just please put a stop to this?! Lol.

It's obvious you don't know the history of Dayton basketball if you saying that Miller was 'decent/slightly above decent' there.  
Miller coached there six years.  He made the tournament four times there (his last four years).  In the prior 21 seasons, they had made the tournament 4 times.
He owns the highest winning percentage of any coach in their history.   They first joined a conference in 1988;  he won 67% of his A-10 games and has the highest winning percentage in conference play of any A-10 coach.  His average record at Dayton was 23-10.

We agree on something Indiana doesn't need Dakich for anything. Poor guy can't do a 3-hour radio show without mentioning IU in the first 5 minutes. He needs us more than any recruit will ever need us. 

After the 12 game stretch, there was quite a bit of positive momentum. No, they did not make the tournament, and came out really flat against wichita st but they also beat some really good teams in the next set of games after that stretch. There is no substitute for a strong work ethic. I feel as though quite a few players did not have that, and with the injuries that they had, I'm suprised that they were able to beat the teams that they did. This was one of the poorest shooting teams that I can remember at IU, hands down. Virginia just showed what the ceiling is for a team that can defend and shoot. This next year's team needs improvement in shooting in the worst way, and I believe that they will get that. Archie is the guy, we need patience.....

Good riddance.  Indiana doesn't need (as Dakich said today and worded it well) an attention seeking "me" guy.
Give me winners.  Give me people who can play the game and are tough as hell.  Thicker skin than some dude addicted to the attention he gets on Twitter.   Good Lord.  

After re-reading Quinones’s post, it is entirely possible to me that he was expressing two separate thoughts; ie “this guy is a clown” and “he’s a clown because everyone knows this is a great fan base.”
It is a given to me that words can be read with multiple meanings; that’s why professional emails are often misinterpreted but phone calls rarely are. The meaning of written words can be especially inexact when they are issued by an 18 year old.
 

If the players execute correctly I see nothing wrong with Archie’s offense. He needs to get them executing it correctly though

Really enjoyed last nights game, despite the no "star" power as the media put it!

Excited for tonight's title game. Finally, after a career .725 win percentage, four 30-win seasons in the last six years and a combined six ACC titles since 2014, we can finally learn whether or not Tony Bennett is an elite coach based on the outcome of a single game.

We've got to take advantage of the talented receivers we have. Really hoping the new OC opens up the playbook and that would be helped a lot by a new QB (sorry Peyton).

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with 'Indian' University.     lol

He knows nothing. He just throws crap at a wall and hopes some of it sticks. Not a single original thought, ever. 
He won’t see this because he ignored me for calling him out on this previously, so someone feel free to quote it so he has to. 

We can't control how well other teams recruit. We signed our best class ever. 

No doubt. Barnes would be the best hire this offseason too. He is better than Alford for sure. I'd be surprised if he left Tennessee. I figure they have the $$$ to keep him.
