Four years of Armaan Franklin makes me glad. Long confident with good vision. AND best of all...consistently plays really hard.

Green not playing who many think will be our leading scorer. Durham not playing who will log lots of minutes off the bench. Rob has sat out most of the month with some kind of injury. Freshmen Franklin and TJD are getting valuable playing time and between them have 10 of our 20 rebounds. And Franklin has 3 of our 6 steals. We're 5-6 on FT's. That is all.

Old Friend has been on the Franklin bandwagon for a long time and told us we would love his play,

Just wanted to say before we start the new season it’s always a pleasure talking hoops with almost all the posters on this board. Not sure how many years it’s been but this board is a part of my college basketball routine each year. So to my BtownBanners family enjoy the start of the IU season tonight. There will be instances this year where some of us will not see eye to eye on our Hoosiers but in the end we all have the same goal (I hope) for the Hoosiers to be as successful as possible. Ups and downs I will be here with this basketball team. If you are new here or a lurker feel free to stop by The college basketball thread when the season starts. Even when the Hoosiers are not playing there will always be a great group of posters around in this thread talking hoops. Morning, Day or even PAC12 after dark we will be here. My wife thanks this place so I have a place to go and talk with other hoops junkies during games and I’m not talking her ear off about Vermont being a sleeper sweet 16 team. Late to the party here but Armaan Franklin is going to be an absolute nightmare for B1G guards for years to come. Love this teams depth. Not as opposed to the 3 guard lineup with Armaan in the mix. If Green can play like a senior leader, and we can stay reasonably healthy, we are much better than our national projections imo.

That's all true, but we're not dominating every single split-second of this game so we should definitely start to think about a replacement for Archie as he clearly can't coach whatsoever. I'm sure there's an elderly RMK disciple out there somewhere who needs a job, right? {sarcasm font}
