Have you ever checked with the alumni association? I actually know one guy who moved to Alaska after law school but I think he came back.

Oregon checking in. We have an OK fan base here but the timing of games makes it impossible to arrange anything on weekdays so it's rare we get together.

I ran into a Knoxville, TN Hoosier yesterday at a middle school bball game. They had a 6'6" kid that could dunk. In 8th grade.....

There was video of a 7'6" 15 yr old!  It was on the ESPN sidebar, only a vid, no story.  The kid was disgustingly skinny but it was so freaking weird to see him surrounded by 9 other 5'-6' kids.

Bobroczky sees the floor well, protects the rim with ease and displays a quality mid-range jumper that actually looks quite smooth for a boy that size. 

 

He's 7 freaking feet 6 inches tall competing U-16 basketball.  He better damn well see the floor and protect the rim.

The problem with most kids that size is they grow so late they never learn how to control their body. He still has 4 years to get a handle on it and become even a mediocre basketball player. Oh and bulk up. With his size, he barely has to be able to do anything other than move down the court and look terrifying. I mean, how much confidence would you have as a guard with him standing in your periph?

Holy hell! I was having my Friday pint and this guy says....are you from Indiana? Said...hell yeah. He is wearing an IU shirt!! Found another Hoosier up here in exile. Linked him up to this site. Now I have someone besides you weirdos to talk Hoosiers! This thread gave me good luck to find another Hoosier up here in the wild.
