IU vs SMU Game Thread

No boards for Hanner hurts--but he was active and slowed down their guard penetration and altered some shots.

I was thrilled he did not get in foul trouble against their athletic bigs----he can build off this and he must continue to improve for us to be super competitive.

Have to give props to Yogi as well--7 assists and 0 turnovers was the preliminary line I heard. He had that huge 3 late in the game that virtually sealed it as well.

agree. I wish people would realize how great we have it with Yogi. He's a great player and I'm thrilled we have him. IMO he never gets enough credit.

Agree--Yogi is not forcing his offense this year----he is picking his spots and doing pretty well with it----he is so fast and talented ---he has to wear down his defender. He makes it easier for JBJ and the other guards and vice versa.

I have never been that big of fan of the 5 star ratings system or who is selected as McD AA's-----but when you watch our team you can tell Yogi and JBJ are a little ahead of the rest. We are lucky to have them both and I have seen definite improvement in Yogi's game.
