The takeaway from that article seemed to be that Syracuse decided that their 7-6 on probation team which just lost by 30 at home to St Johns was too high end for JTuck, especially since one of JTucks relatives just moved out of state.

If the UNC game/atmosphere isn't enough to get him here then nothing (legal) we could do would work. I feel good about him coming here, but I wish we didn't have to wait so long to find out.

Apparently it very well may be enough, but playing for the defending national champs who are currently the #1 team is a pretty good option too. if I'm a Nova fan, that rationale would be quite strong.

That would be 2 recruits that would of picked IU over the defending national champs. Justin smith picked iu over Villanova as well

They approached Clifton Moore shortly before his decision also. But wouldn't accept his commitment till spring so he chose us.

Yeah his dad said in his commitment video that they were at his house and told him not to sign until spring. Purdue asked him to wait until spring as well

I would guess he started to blow up and wanted more time to get involved with him. IU got him signed in the early signing period because they probably didn't want other teams to have a chance to get involved

Really don't know why people think OG and Bryant are staying. There's nothing that leads me to believe that the two most highly touted NBA prospects in the B1G coming into the season are going to stick around.. IU needs a Tucker commitment bad.

Good one... You must still be bitter about your comments that no one had OG or Bryant in the Top 10/20.... except for the most accurate NBA Draft website in the country....

I don't claim to always know what I'm talking about, I'm just simply saying I don't understand why people think these guys are staying. It seems pretty obvious to me that in today's landscape, guy's that are that highly regarded are usually gone the second time around.

Let's get some accurate and up to date info back in this thread. As of now it will come down to when it's announced. Will be curious to see if we go after another player beyond Tucker. Grad transfer seems most likely when/if Tucker pops for IU.
