yeah, being an IU bball player got Hanner off. That stuff used to happen in the good old days. Cops don't do that anymore, they're out to bust everyone and anyone they can. Bigger the name the better.  Even if they showed up and let him go they would file a report.

Well the sheriff's dept doesn't have a report. Monroe County or IUPD very may well.

This bothers me. I have been put in the back of a squad car before for being a witness to something happen. They didn't feel like the environment was completely safe so they put me I. The back of the cop car.

This was in Bloomington. Just because some people saw Yogi in the back of a car or on handcuffs, DOESNT mean they have anything to charge him with. At any given point cops could put EVERYONE out at the bars in handcuffs for public intox. EVERYONE.

He was probably just trying to get his buddy home and the cops saw him driving erratically in the parking lot so they asked some questions. They don't need a report for that.

Maybe someone who really looks like Ferrell was out there?  sounds like it was at night, and probably crowded since it's little 500 week.  I could see someone in the crowd going...

Confirmed with someone that it was Yogi. Only saw him in Taco Bell parking lot, not in front of Sports

Reached out to some people I know & trust. From what I have gathered...
Appears Yogi & Stan were handcuffed outside of Taco Bell at 1:20am this morning after attempting to get into Sports underage. They were not arrested and let go after an undercover officer pulled them aside. This is a non story in my opinion. Just wanted to pass along some credible info on the matter.

I didn't call him a liar. I said where there is smoke there is fire. And there was a lot of smoke. And I was right. AND I said it isn't a big deal to be put in cuffs. But after the Hanner situation, the Hollowell StanRob and Williams situatuion, and now this, I will tend to not believe our players are staying out of trouble.
