I just wish we still had Gerald Green.

The Green of this year, yeah. He was real bad last year for us, his sense of defense seemed to be hoping the other guys would pick him up. And he never saw a shot he didn't like. Though ET is a lot like that so far this year with far less three point shooting.

Lol it was more of a joke because he was horrid last year and no one could've predicted him "breaking out" this year.

Oh, lol, gotcha. I do like the argument that people make now that they'd want us to go back and not make the trade. But like you said no one could have really predicted him breaking out this year, plus Plumlee performing the way he has

Yeah the Suns made out pretty well in that deal. Probably just dumb luck, but they got us.

They destroyed us... they got 2 good players and a 1st for a 35 year old scrub who was only gonna be here for 1 year anyway.

Well didn't take long for me to be wrong. All 5 starters sitting out tonight's game against the Bucks. Guessing that means we'll be seeing Solo, Cope, and Allen, so I'm happy they'll get some run

I like it. Regardless of outcome, I'd rather see the bench players making hustle plays than watching Hibbert miss layups, Stephenson dribble into traffic and PG shoot off-balance contested 20-footers and complain to the refs while the other team gets a 5 on 4 break.

He honestly probably will. Ridiculous.. He has earned minutes tonight IMO

If this doesn't get the Pacers going again I don't think anything will. The starters go into Miami after four days of rest, which might be the longest break they've had since the ASG. It also showed Vogel he can play these guys more if he needs to and not kill the starting unit trying to win by 12 instead of 8.

Yeah the stuff about playing the starters in games that were already decided early in the season is the stuff that really irritated me. Never got the reason for running them into the ground.

Wish Vogel would adopt the San Antonio philosophy of sitting guys here and there. Lance easily could have sat out a bit longer after his fall in the Atlanta game, PG could have sat out after he had his really bad fall. West had a hand injury this year, but last night was the first game he missed, I mean if nothing else it is extra rest

Stan Van Gundy made a really interesting point about Vogel's decision last night. I don't have the quote, but he basically said that if Vogel would've played the starters and the Bucks won, that would've broken the team completely and they would be done. Makes a lot of sense to me.
