I'll never compare two individuals with superbowls because it's a team thing so I'm with you in a way on that.

Just to clarify I'm not saying Brady isn't good but I think he's overrated in the sense that he's the best QB in his generation. I'll take Peyton. I'm also 150% biased and hate Brady.

I have no favorite team.  I look at Peyton and I see a QB with outstanding regular season numbers, but has been mediocre in the playoffs.  Even in 06 he threw more INTs than TDs in the playoffs, with 1 and 1 in the Super Bowl.  His name got him the SB MVP that year.

Given the choice between one of the best defenses in the NFL or a record setting offense, I'll take the defense every time.

That goes for any sport really. Just going with all the metrics in all the professional sports teams that are at the top of their leagues defensively routinely perform better in the postseason

Yes, as part of my point. I didn't say Brady was better only because he has more Super Bowls, though it really helps his case. You're just trying to call me out on something petty. Anyone that knows anything about football knows Marino is better than Dilfer.

Meh, don't think a ton of Bruno Mars. I do like RHCP, but didn't even realize they were still together until I found out they were also doing the halftime show

I'm not being thin skinned, I'm trying to explain myself because you read it one way and I meant it another. That being set aside, I would take Brady first every time and if he gets picked first I take Manning second.

I think the hype gets worse. The commercials stay the same. I liked the Doritos one with the time machine and the radio shack and the 80s one.

You're not alone, I would too because Brady has done more with less.

 

I wish I could find it now, but a couple weeks ago I read where NFL scouts and GMs were polled and of the ones that responded the majority said they'd take Brady.
