Brandon Dawson Out 4-6 Weeks

Recommended Posts

Report I received on my phone stated that Brandon Dawson of MSU slammed his hand into a table while watching film. Sent from my DROID4 using BtownBanners mobile app

Must have been film of that time during the last game when Johnny Marlin posted Dawson up, spun, and delivered a two-handed tomahawk slam while screaming like a banshee!

I was gonna go with Peter Jurkin or Jeff Howard with the tomahawk slam, but that would have been far less plausible.

Yeah, I feel bad he got hurt, but this is idiotic.  I am sure that fan base will talk that up to make him seem like a great team guy wanting to win.  I look at that as doing something stupid that has no upside, and will only end bad.  You either set a bad example or get hurt.  He did both.  No wonder Izzo looks like he is going nuts this year dealing with that crap.

Exactly! You never want to joke and say stuff like this about injuries, but this is definitely an exception. If he doesn't play like he did against us, I think IU pulls it out. Oh well, he has to now suffer his mistake. The team is going to really miss his presence, and will hurt the team.
