Albers tweeted out the FGA numbers for Indiana basketball. Noah Vonleh's is way, way too low, and both Hollowell and William's are too high. Yogi leads by a mile.

Indiana FGA: Ferrell (174), Sheehey (121), Hollowell (99), Vonleh (93), Williams (88), Gordon (73), Robinson (44), Davis (29).

Are the FGA where Vonleh gets fouled counted though?  I don't think they are and that accounts for quite a few FGA.  I would bet he is up around 120 FGA counting attempts where he is fouled and sent to the line.

I don't think they're counted either, but I'd still like to see him have more shots. Vonleh has attempted the exact same amount of free throws as he has field goals (93).

As I've said before I think he can be our X factor. He has the skill-set to compete at a high level. I can't tell you why but I really think he is going to break out soon. I believe in him. Go HOOSIERS!

There is a reason he plays as much as he does. Hollowell is this teams VJIII. Fans will ALWAYS point out and remember the bad plays, & will always over look the good ones. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, just saying that's the way it is for JH

im not a huge fan of either, but i would say JH has much more potential and could turn out to be an awesome player, but im not sure how much longer Indiana fans wanna wait around for that, if there are any left lol

Last season, Cody Zeller led the team in FGA and FTA. Noah Vonleh needs to lead the team in each category this year, and must cut down on fouling if he wants to do that.

I'm losing faith in Hollowell "getting it" game by game.  And do not get me started on Verdell.

I agree. I'm one of the few who are JH supporters. I truly believe that he will click sometime this season, and he will be a force. Now, it could happen next season, but I'm really hoping it's during BIG10 play. He's a good shooter, but has been bad lately. He will be just fine, but he is frustrating to watch. I think he is just rushing when he gets the ball. He needs to slow down mentally and play his game.

you could be right, but he's got a way to go to match vj's positives
