Well last night was certainly a fun night.  Shay continued her hot scoring run and Maya said "move over Shay, it's my turn".  Rebounding and turnovers were terrible and will cost us a game or 2 or 3.  Don't see a good solution for our rebounding issues with our roster and especially with Z out indefinitely, but damn, too many turnovers are simply careless and unforced.  Eastern Michigan (6-3) lost its opening game of this season 80-71 to the same team we pounded last night but they are currently on a 4-game winning streak and 3-3 on the road.  They average 67 ppg with a +7 scoring margin.  Not a particularly good shooting team at 41% FG and 28% on 3s.  IUWBB is 49% and 40% respectively.  EMU averages 38 rpg with a +6 margin.  They turn the ball over 19/gm.  Sisi Eleko is their go to player leading the team in scoring at 17.8 ppg and in rebounding at 10.4 rpg.  She's listed at 6'2".

Haven't seen a formal report but Austin Render said Faith Wiseman is again out today in concussion protocol.  Another site said she'd take a hard elbow to the jaw.  But it wasn't said if it was a teammate's inadvertent elbow or a teammate's right cross.

I've resigned myself to the fact that even with Z back, we're going to get beat on the boards more times than not.  The fouls really drive me crazy because it's a seemingly game after game issue.

She literally looks to be the only one who knows how to play basketball or have talent on this team. How we were just a few short years of being #1 in the country and in the conversation to this is embarrassing. Jobs should be lost at this failure
