It's that 6.13 fouls per 48 minutes that made Edey's rookie season so special. ;) In all seriousness, Ware and Edey had fairly similar and nice rookie seasons. And every GM in the league would prefer Ware to Edey going into year two. Miami is building around Herro, Bam, and KelEl. cybergates 1 Quote
HoosierHoopster Posted June 3, 2025 Posted June 3, 2025 Yeah Ware was always the better pro prospect, Edey’s game was as a dominant traditional college big, doesn’t translate well to the League. Ware’s game should continue to grow, bigtime upside. Edey may carve out a role player role. cybergates and FortWayneHoosier 2 Quote
FortWayneHoosier Posted June 3, 2025 Posted June 3, 2025 I feel Ware was easily forgotten about because the fanbase was in such turmoil, but Ware was such a solid player, can you imagine what this upcoming years team would do with a guy like that down low? After the All-Star break, Ware averaged 10.3 points and 9.7 rebounds. Edey averaged 8.9 and 9.4. And Ware is 21. Edey is 23. cybergates, HoosierHoopster and MemphisHoosier 3 Quote
