I think she is ethnic Turkish (or as they write now "Turkiye"). Turkiye and the Balkans, they play some decent basketball down there.

Going after overseas talent in the portal is probably a work around for not having enough funds since they do not receive near as much due to the visa restriction and the fact that it’s more complicated.

Noyan given having to learn new system/adjustment period is no less than a lateral move from Lilly at the very least and more than likely a solid improvement….looks stronger.
