Quinn Buckner no longer has the room. Pete Yonkman stepped in to be the adult and did everything necessary, in good conscience, to move on from Woody at the end of this season. Somehow with all of this talent our roster looks poorly constructed and uninspired. The early signing period was a major strike against Woody, and the continous Mullins family feedback has made it worse. The Cignetti success hasn't done Woody any favors either. Woody had zero college coaching experience and the culture reflects that. No real team identity and an 82 game sense of urgency. 

I cross my fingers that we'll use the Cignetti template and move on Josh Schertz in March. We may very well be done playing before he is.
