Quinnipiac is off to a 2-1 start with wins over Central Connecticut State and Hartford. Senior guard Cur'Tiera Haywood leads the Bobcats with 13.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. and grad transfer Mary Baskerville comes off the bench to add 9.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per contest. They were tabbed the favorites in the MAAC preseason poll and started the season ranked No. 8 in the women's Mid-Major Top 25.

Indiana will wear its red away jerseys on Sunday against Quinnipiac for a very special reason. It will hold its annual ALS Awareness game in honor of head coach Teri Moren's late mother Barbara, who passed away from the disease in 2014. Red is the color of ALS Awareness, and all fans are encouraged to wear their red on Sunday.

A win over Bowling Green on Thursday night pushed IU's win mark to 4-0 on the season, the third time in four seasons that it has started off regular season play with four-straight wins.

Six players scored in double figures against the Falcons, led by 17 points from senior guard Sara Scalia. Junior guard Sydney Parrish recorded her first IU double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Indiana put up its highest point total of the season with 96 points as all five starters ended the night in double figures.

Being honest, Moore-McNeil didn’t impress me last season, I thought she played so under her potential. This season, she’s absolutely one of my favorites on this team! Such an improvement!

She definitely made the most of her summer workouts.  Fun to watch.

IU Ladies 5-0 including one win over a struggling over ranked Tennessee team.  Smooth sailing and happy.  Does IU go undefeated during regular season?  Have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in loss column?  If IU Ladies play good defense and could put offensive inside and outside game together each game (after looking at the schedule) an undefeated regular season is not that far fetched.
