Yep.  Even though they had a guy behind him, take a chance at the hop and not downing it.  Worst case is ball at the 1 instead of the 5.  Best case is at the 20.

When it’s a short field punt the punter can get more air under it, makes it easier for the coverage to get downfield and catch it at the goal line. Last week it was a mistake but we have breathing room on this one because of it.

Idk I’m taking my chances with Nebraska special teams lol. That was like 65% of the reason Frost got canned.
