[Class of '66 Old Fart]

Women just couldn't stand prospertity.  After taking a 2-0 lead, they proceeded to give up 2 second half goals and the match ends in a 2-2 tie.  Women 8 shots, 2 on goal and just a single corner.  Michigan 15-6-1.  

Next Thursday evening they're back on the road in East Lansing to face the Spartans and a week from today they host Penn State.  B1G season wraps up on Sunday the 26th in Bloomington hosting Iowa.

Thursday evening at 7:00 IU women (4-4-6) (1-2-5) will be in East Lansing to face the Spartans (7-3-5) (4-1-3).  Televised on B1G+.  Season is nearly  over.  Women host Penn State on the19th and host Iowa on the 26th and that's it.

Pretty much total domination by the Spartans who get a 2-0 victory.  We managed just 5 total shots, 4 on goal and 2 corners.  MSU 11-6-2.

IU women back home on Sunday at 1:00 to host Penn State.

Women are scheduled to host Penn State (8-5-3) (4-3-2) today at 1:00.  Televised on B1G+.  Current weather outlook looks it will be rainy with winds 15-20 WNW.  Weather predicted to improve late afternoon but there's been no word that the start time might be delayed.  Women's season ends next Sunday hosting Iowa.

Sunday at 2:00, the IU women (5-5-6) (2-3-5) host Iowa (10-3-4) (5-2-3).  Televised on B1G+.  This will wrap up the '25 season for the women as they will not qualify for the conference tournament.

Always hope our seniors can finish up their college careers with a win at home but just doesn't always work out that way.  Iowa with a 2-0 win to end our women's soccer season with a (5-6-6) (2-4-5) record.  We managed just 5 shots, only 1 on goal and 4 corners.  Iowa 15-6-7.

Maybe next year.

I did not know she flipped from Michigan to Indiana.  Big time get for IU and shows the value of having a staff with good connections to Indiana clubs. Mary Seiffert coached at Indy Premier where Sloane played but I do not think she coached her directly.
