Women defeat Evansville 1-0 as sophomore forward Marisa Grzesiak netted her first career goal on a second chance header in the 18th minute.  The women travel to Knoxville, Tenn. on Thursday, Aug. 31 for a matchup against the Lady Vols.

I think this is an important year to see what this staff can do.  Can they get to another level or become more consistent?  I am hopeful but skeptical

Hoosiers with a 1-0 lead at the half.  Women with 10 total shots; 5 on goal.  Louisville has yet to attempt a shot.  Our goal came early in 8'|  by Piper Coffield off an assist by Anna Bennett.  Each team issued a yellow card.  Ours against Natasha Kim for the ever popular Unsporting.
