I honestly don’t understand the big Lemonis debate with how this season is going. If he can keep us anywhere near this level we should be ecstatic.

We aren't going to win a CWS i get that.  It would be nice to win a Big Ten Championship though and frankly I question if Lemonis is capable of that.  Even if we win today we are 2 games out. After only playing 5

Last thing I'm going to say: I don't understand how you can be a fan of a team/program/university and constantly whine and complain, especially when we're ranked 11th in the country. It just doesn't make sense. Only reason I get annoyed, simply doesn't add up. Especially when a guy is in his 4th year of coaching and we aren't exactly a perennial power. Go Hoosiers!!

Having criticisms does not mean I am not a fan.  Having criticisms means I am not a sheep and don't blindly support somebody.  And yes hes in his 4th year as a HC and making the same mistakes he made as a first year.

I like the idea of playing him if he can help with the bat more than hurt with his glove. May just have to live with it. Houston just can't hit and it doesn't seem like that's going to change. He's deadweight offensively.

Fairly common on turf. Purdue guy did a nice job there of keeping the tag on.

Yes.. Houston had to sit. Is Walker ultimately the answer, not sure.. but it wasn't going to be Houston for the rest of the season. Kuddos to Lemonis for giving him a chance.

Houston had an error every third start.  Doubt he would have 2.  Walker has 1 every other start now on average.
