Uwe Robb Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Looking back on his history. There are less than a handful of season where he didn't have 9 players with more than 10 mpg. This is the same with players over 30 mpg. Very few occurrences: Dwyane Wade, Diener, Yogi, Verdell, Blackmon. Seems to be mostly guards. Oladipo or Zeller never played 30 mpg. Also of note we are at 10 players this year that are 10 mpg or higher. This could be the reason we are extra critical of Crean's already uncommonly high depth of roster usage this year. Just for comparison I went back and looked at Mich St every year since Crean has been at IU. MSU has had 1 player min and as many 3 players in the 30+ mpg each year except this year. Which we all know they are struggling. In those same 9 seasons MSU had mostly a 7-8 man rotation with players averaging between 22-32 mpg. 8bucks, Alford Bailey and HoosierAloha 3 Quote
