Also, look at Peyton and his arm. He never had that elite arm strength, but he was accurate. His passes were fluttering toward the end, but he knew where he wanted to put it. I have always felt you can't teach the accuracy as easy as getting more power to throw longer. Some of the distance can be gained with mechanics and weight training. You just don't see many arm strength guys get that much better with accuracy while you do see it the other way around sometimes.
