  1.   Have you been under a lot of stress lately? Back when I was a soph in college I started having episodes where I would get dizzy, nauseous and would pass out cold. They performed tests on my heart and my blood sugar and everything was normal. Then just last year, I came home from work after picking up my daughter from her grandmothers, and started to have symptoms of a heart attack. I went to the ER and they told me the same. No irregularities. They started treating me for anxiety and I haven't had another episode since. I pray that you find answers, so that you can work towards fixing the issues. It's a scary place to be, when you know something is wrong but have no idea what is wrong.
  2.   I'm not one of Dakich's biggest fans at all but what he said here is spot on.
  3.   There is a lot of season left and this topic isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
  4. Good write up. I have no idea what the defensive numbers actually are with OG in the game, but they have to be better. While most are impressed with his offensive game, I am most impressed with how a guy his size can defend the perimeter. You also hit the nail on the head when you mentioned seeing his confidence rise, game by game. I see it. He's playing freely and its a thing of beauty. He has no ceiling IMO.
  5. Wisky @ +8 was just too good to pass up. I hope we pull one out by no more than 7 pts.
  6. Love OG. He has incredible size and athleticism. Also has a great touch from deep. I agree with everyone who sees something special in him. That challenged layup, where there was obvious body contact, really stood out to me. He exploded out of a power dribble in such short space, absorbed the contact, and his body kept rising upward. His athleticism is crazy for his size. Just wait until he figures out that no one can physically match him.
  7.   You're likely correct. Although where I'm from we still have a big enough group of goons that will murder you for looking at them the wrong way or for having $20 in your pocket. They also seem to congregate at these types of establishments.
  8. That's great news for Boiler fans. Going to be a special moment in Mackey. I hope Knight can lose the grudge and allow us to shower him with our applause someday. It would give a lot of loyal fans closure.
  9.   You could argue that Branch McCracken is the most important coach in our history. Without him, we may not have ever attracted a coach like Knight.
  10.   The 2 times I've ever been to a strip club, I went out of my way to keep a low profile and avoid trouble. These athletes are friggin idiots.
  11.   The only person who truly knows, for certain, that he is a lame duck coach, is Glass. And he isn't telling us anything. If I had to bet money on whether Crean will be our coach next year, I'd take the safe position. He stays. If we are to get the next generational hire (Stevens), then timing has to be absolutely perfect. I cannot see Stevens family making the move this early.
  12.   I'm on board
  13. Yeah that's the tricky part. I'm not sure how this process would be overseen to ensure he's taking the best deal.
  14. Yogi has always been considered a gifted distributor until he was charged with having to score for Indiana.
  15. Contract.... By a landslide.
  16. True. He has to, in good faith, seek gainful employment close to his market value. If he takes a year off, or decides to take a deal for less than others on the table, he would actually owe IU money.
  17.  I was just adding some more realistic data to the mix. I was trying to debunk his claim while simultaneously agreeing that Crean's B1G record is less than satisfactory. Hence why I posted two averages that were both above .500.
  18.   You hold a noble position. The results are much like a bad relationship between two people. One side desperately wants change to happen in order to carry on with he other side but the one side never changes and over extends their welcome. The byproduct is an outward expression of anger and resentment. I'm guilty, as are many Hoosier fans. I, like you, really just wish he would move on as soon as possible. Having gotten rid of him will be like releasing the pressure valve on a pressure cooker. All parties will benefit and feel a tremendous weight lifted.
  19.   I agree. Good point!
  20.   He's .569 in all years excluding the first 3......................... Still bad. He's .516 in all years excluding the first 3 and Cody Zeller........................  This is also bad
