I’m very worried about tomorrow. How will these guys handle a massive win like that? Hopefully they turned the page real quick.

I've come around slightly on the court storm ONLY considering what these students have dealt with the past couple years. But make no mistake, everyone who's up in arms about people being against the court storm, we'd be absolutely CRUSHING Purdue if they did it against us. We'd have a 15 page long thread by now, specifically about them storming the court, just crushing them. So no more calling them little brother if we're okay storming the court last night. I'm not even against a court storm. The Wat Shot was 100% worth a court storm. Not beating Purdue when when we were only 3.5 point underdogs just b/c they're highly ranked and we haven't beaten them in a while.

Just rewatched the last 12 minutes or so. So many things stand out but worth noting that, though the story around TJD tonight will be his foul trouble, he had 2 excellent defensive possessions against Williams in the last 2 minutes forcing him to miss badly. Kudos for still bringing it in those moments.

It was honestly remarkable to see. I know next to nothing about him but everything I have seen has given me the impression that he’s just a great kid. The effort is always there so I thoroughly enjoyed him putting in a shift tonight.

I have a feeling he’ll appreciate this nickname regardless of performance on the court.

I'll take it a step further and though this game goes back even further, I looked up "highlights" of the 1953 national championship game against Kansas and I'm absolutely 100% confident we could assemble a team from this here message board that would beat either of those teams by 20.

One of the things that's been annoying the past few seasons is how we've put ourselves in a position of hoping other teams help bolster our resume. It would be great if we could just take care of the business we need to take care of. But nonetheless, it's not inconceivable that ND could end up a quad 1 win, and St. John's a quad 2. So here I am again, paying close attention to what other teams are doing the rest of the season, hoping their performance benefits IU's chances come selection sunday.

Anybody else notice what's written on the whiteboard? "Purdue" Hah, love the message. "YES!" now let's move on b/c we got more important things to take care of.

FS1. I only stopped and clicked on this game b/c of the recent talk of their NET darlingness.

Looks like we've lost a Q2 win w/ Minny dropping to 76. Only one spot below so they could jump back up, but I suspect by end of season we'll need to plan on this being a Q3 win. A bad loss tonight would give us a significantly different looking resume on Tuesday morning that it looked 2 days previous. Though as USPS so kindly reminds me, we have plenty of opportunity ahead of us.

Yet we still have everything necessary to be a powerhouse in place and at our disposal. The only thing missing is the winning. Until those other things go away, it will remain a reasonable expectation.

I can't tell if this is sarcastic or not, but either way count me in the category of the "worst of the worst" b/c I absolutely want and expect a powerhouse program (though I suppose we could dig in to what one defines "powerhouse" as but I'll skip those semantics for now). And I'll go to my grave believing it's 100% reasonable to have that expectation for this program.

I’d argue mental toughness is the problem over lack of effort every day of the week.

Rob has been decent for a few games but tonight at some point you’d think someone on the staff would say it’s impossible for Lander to play as bad as Rob is.

Gotta be able hard on the win road though
