Another big time transfer coming in. Sounds like NIL for swimming is in a great place.

Awesome.

Countering Texas' mid-season Chris Guiliano addition with this. Love it.

I especially love that he is also a great freestyle sprinter. That'll help relays and could score some points where IU is weaker.

How amazing would a 100 breast final at the NCAAs be with 4 IU swimmers be?

I also love that Rafael Miroslaw recruited him at the SC World Championships.

The swim teams had another dual meet against a top tier team. They split with Florida (both teams ranked 4th), with the men winning. They took on Texas earlier this season. Since dual meet records don't really matter, I wish there was more of this is swimming. I'm glad they're doing it this year.

Matt King and Rafael Miroslaw are swimming with the men now. No Caspar Corbeau yet. Zalan Sarkany also didn't compete.

Owen McDonald won 3 individual events.

IU diving getting some press of their own. It's deserved and if IU wins a national championship this year it'll be because the divers played a large part. They've played a large part in the great finishes IU has had recently. IU diving has produced for a long time.

Pretty cool that they're getting facilities that other schools don't have.

This Saturday in West Laffy, both mens and womens face PUke.  A double win would mean 2 more points in the Governor's Cup competition but more importantly, another slap in PUke's face.

You can take 2 wins to the bank. It won't even be close.

That's what I wanted to add but did see PUke's women are/were #18 by Swim and Swam and I don't follow the sport that closely to know if that should be a concern or not.  I know the men's competition will be the equivalent of our 2024 Bucket win.

Not a concern. IU just throttled Michigan, whose women's team is top 10. The rankings are based on the top of the roster, those who might score at NCAAs. IU is better at the top and is also much deeper.
