Absolute mental and physical fortitude, a dogged will to win & a disdain for losing - this must emanate from the top and in a hurry!

i like. I hate losing. At anything. Many of these kids lack this trait.

I can't stand the "everybody wins" tee-ball mentality.

 

There are winners and losers.
