Yogi has a ways to go defensively and with shooting consistency before he's ready. With just 30 first round picks, I am consistently amazed at the seemingly 300 kids every year who are rumored to be NBA ready. The jump from college to the NBA is HUGE. Andrew Harrison (who's 6'6") is projected "out of the draft" ranked #87 in this draft class. What would make Yogi think he's ready to go? He's good as a college point guard. He is not an NBA point guard right now, and he's certainly not yet a mid or high first rounder. I would think there's no question he'll be back unless he's getting bad advice. He's still only 5'11".

But..back on topic, I'd say April is likely gone. Priller needs to be next, and Indiana's roster is absolutely stacked.

that money is there regardless though, right? Just a 1 year delay to Euro money. Plus he'd have a chance to "Trey Burke" if he stays. That chance is gone if he bolts.

Yeah I'm not arguing what makes most sense, I'm just saying what I've heard. Although I think it is a bit more involved than that to some degree.

I know this wont be a popular opinion but I'm going to throw this out there.

As much as I would love to have Thon In the candy stripes I would actually rather see us sign Hyron Edwards or another point.

Yogis gone in 16 regardless and we could end up with a forward,center heavy team and one combo guard trying to run the show.

Of coarse it would be nice to have them both but that's 2 more spots that would have to work themselves out.
