That's awesome!  I first went to IU after high school, but learned that I had a big fish/small pond problem, so I didn't finish.  I went back to finish years later, and in one of my senior level classes, we had to introduce ourselves.  My comment was "Hi!  I'm Mark, and I'm a 22nd year Senior".  Congrats to all of our IU students on here that rock the GPA/graduation rates!

Marni should get a lot of credit but she is empowered only if the HC believes in the plan. Who originated the idea is important but if Crean did not also support it there is no way Marni gets this done on her own.
