I don't profess to fully understand the game of soccer but it just didn't seem like we played with any sense of urgency.  It also seemed to me that Jamaica was much quicker at getting to the ball the whole game.   Bummer!

Home and home matches start in November and the top 2 in this group go on to the final round (The Hexagonal played in late 2016 and 2017) to determine who plays in Mother Russia in 2018.

USA not playing well, and are lucky to escape so far with no goals given up. Thank goodness Ream was able to get in the box to block what should have been a goal.

We went through the group of death . The previous cup we needed England to score an own goal just to advance. We have much better flow to the game and no longer have to prey for set pieces to score . Nor do we have have all of our men in the backfield to prevent others from scoring on us . Any good soccer mind knows that we are setting the foundation for better teams down the road.
