Aliy still looking good. I noticed they started with 16 dogs, now many of them have less than that. What happens to them. Do they tap out?

@safety~ I swear they import folks in for those reality shows. I have had one friend on one (ultimate survival) but for the most part, i don't know where the rest of the folks come from. Especially the bush folks. They are some weird-os! they make us all look bad. Maybe, i can start a Alaska basketball reality show.

I have watched all three seasons of Ultimate Survivor. Would love to participate in that show. I agree with you, the rest seem scripted with actors and don't actually represent Alaskans. An Alaskan basketball reality show may be to normal unless you pick up the Alaskan Bush People to be on your team.

his name is Jimmy and a friend of mine. The guy is hard as nails, just old and beat up. He didn't make it past the 2nd stage since his knee blew out

Oh yeah I remember him. If I remember rightly, he gutted it out and finished that leg so his team could continue. Tough guy with lots of woodsman knowledge. Started a fire with a shotgun shell. I admire anybody that is willing to go out there and do that challenge.

The Seaveys are out front with Dallas having about a four hour lead with nearly seventy miles left.

Yep, Dallas is going to take it. I don't know how many dogs he has left but he is moving at 6 mph or better. I think the section he is on is flat too, so he can really pull ahead quickly

Aily Zirkle broke some chicks arm while arm wrestling up in Nome! they have an arm wrestling event after the itidarod and during the championship, she broke the competitor's arm! Aily is friggin' awesome!
