ccgeneral Posted July 2, 2014 Author Posted July 2, 2014 From the Hoosier Scoop. Per a text from former Indiana coach Cam Cameron to the Herald-Times’ Andy Graham, Cameron’s son Danny, a quarterback at Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, La., has committed to Indiana on a full scholarship and will be eligible for the 2014 season. More to come. Quote

TrueHoosier62 Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 The kid sure does look like his dad, but doesn't look like he's 6'-2". I hope he has a cannon for an arm. Quote
Parakeet Jones Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 I just got back from visiting my wife's family in Baton Rouge. While there her cousin, who is a big LSU football fan, started talking to me about Danny Cameron. He heard he was visiting IU. When I told him he committed, he told me he was disappointed that he didn't end up at LSU. I'm not sure what the interest level was on their end if any. It sounded like Les is more interested in the dual threat type than a more true passer. He follows football recruiting pretty closely as well as HS football in that area. If he wanted him there, I take that as a good sign. Walking Boot of Doom, mamasa, ccgeneral and 3 others 6 Quote
