Oversigning

If this has been asked before, please forgive me! Is it possible that oversigning these kids is actually a detriment to recruiting? I know that CTC's philosophy, is that it all works itself out. But at what cost? I have to believe that somewhere along the way that there had to be some hurt feelings. That could lead to "you don't wanna go there, they will just use you and throw you away" Thoughts?

I also wish oversigning was banned. It might force Crean to focus on working with what he has instead of always looking for more shiny new toys that he'll move on from a year later.
