This is why I don't want Lance on this team next year, has given up 3 O-Boards, and has gone 1on1 4 times already with 1 basket. 

If there was a "Like" button on Lance I would pounce on it. He delivers the double-doubles and triple-doubles like no other. Yes, the personality is "unique"; coaches and front office personnel were put there by God to deal these issues. It just seems too many of us demand a "machine" that delivers the same performance day in and day out. It's not going to happen. Pacers would be hard put to find a replacement.

I'm not saying they should quit, but tonight looks like a lost cause. 

 

 

The Pacers came out hungry, but the Wizards just made tough shots. Unfortunately, when the Pacers are engaged defensively and teams still hit tough shots, the Pacers get frustrated and stop playing defense.

I like Gortat's philosophy of basketball that they can't possibly call every foul he commits. Moves on every screen he sets, pushes on a lot of rebounds, and every time he is getting posted up he puts two hands on the guy, or an  extra elbow, which is a foul.

I tuned in during the 3rd qtr comeback...I had a little sarcasm in my tone...but you knew that...

I'm wondering if I should continue a 4th qtr sarcastic rant for luck, or keep to myself??

Sorry, I didn't notice the timing or I would have figured it out. The dourness of game threads in tight games always gets me. It's why I don't hang around any during IU games. I prefer craziness and anger afterward not negativity toward my teams during the games themselves. I prefer hope.
