It's a new day and looking back on last night that was the best defensive effort we have shown all year. We made them work for that victory and I can live with that loss as long as we gave it our all and I think we did that. Controlled the game for a good 33 of the 40 minutes. Who knows what would have happened had coach called a timeout during that 21-6 run when Harris took over or if some more of our layups went down. I was proud of the team last night after laying an egg against northwestern. Keep fighting.

Austin is limited athletically (especially when compared to most of our other rotation players) but he absolutely should be able to carve out a 15-20 mpg role.

He knows his limitations. He needs to play to his strengths. I would be thrilled with 8 to 10 points a night and keep competing on the defensive end of the floor. Give me four baskets!
