Yogi, Will, Noah pretty much every game. The other two might be ever changing.

To start the year I think the lineup looks like this:

 

Yogi

Will

Noah

Jeremy

Evan

 

I think Yogi, Will, and Noah are the three constants all year.  I think the other two spots might rotate. 

 

Luke has a chance once he gets healthy.

Maybe/hopefully Troy or Stan make it hard to keep them off the floor.  

If HMP has improved to the point of legitimately being in this discussion, I will be the happiest guy here.

To start, Yogi, Gordon, Sheehey, Hollowell, and Vonleh. Hopefully, Williams or another freshman will develop quickly so we can get Gordon out. I hate the idea of a tiny backcourt.

Yogi, Evan, Troy, Jeremy, and Noah.  Mainly because Luke will be behind on conditioning and just hasn't been able to go for a while.  Unlike last year I expect there to be probably a 7 man starting rotation.  I could see Luke starting.  I could also see some games where Hanner could start just to move Noah off the 5.  No way could we go into the Syracuse game with Noah starting the 5 against those trees.  Empty slate this year.  Excited to get the season going.

That will be the lineup to start the season. I think we will see Robinson start towards the end of the season. IU will have a very good and deep team this season.

Evan and/or Luke off the bench first. Then Stan and Hanner will mix in after. Would like to see these 9 or whatever the best 9 is be the only ones expected to see the floor in big games. Play more if needed but only when needed (foul trouble). Thoughts?

Good thing about this year compared to last year is we actually have depth and Crean can mess with the starting lineup a bit.

At some point, Gordon needs to be moved to the bench. He could be a great scoring spark off the bench.

I think once the rest of this team gets some experience that is exactly where Gordon will end up. The interesting thing for me is Sheehey started. He's stated multiple times that he loves coming in off the bench as he can see the flow of the game better from the bench. Then when he comes in he can make an instant impact.
