<br /><br />I don't think the show can kill off Rick just yet. I can see it at the end of the season if they rejoin the group or find Judith, but I still have a hard time seeing Rick dying this season. <br /><br />Can't wait for the season to start back up. Regarding how much longer the show can run:

 

The prison was overrun in volume 8 of the comic. Volume 20 is due out pretty soon. So there is still plenty of material even if they stick to the plot of the comic.
