Two things to notice here.  Freshman Maya Makalusky led the team in scoring.  Not bad for such a loser, at least according to some folks here.

Faith Wiseman had 1 bucket, 2 rebounds, 2 blocks and took up lots of space in the middle.
Take a look at her =/- of +1 in 12 minutes of play.  Stated another way, when Faith was of the lineup for her 28 minutes, Michigan gained a point a minute.  When she was not in the lineup for her 12 minutes, IU gained a point.
There may be other reasons for that +/-, but somehow that stat can't be ignored, can it?

I was expecting to see a very helpless player when Wiseman got in the game and was pleasantly surprised.  Faith has great size and seems to move well for a big.  Looks like shes added some girth as well.  She has needed a ton of in game experience but has gotten almost zilch.  She will prob transfer out and do well somewhere else.. :(

Overall, T. Moren post game gave a good assessment of IU Ladies.
I expect her to perform and reset through 28-29 season…and be given a contract extension after 27-28 which would mean success has been achieved…..or not

(success means competing at the top of the big ten conference….I see Makalusky a big part of that success along with whoever ends up as IU Ladies over the next two years.
(Expecting a good story line)….

and recruiting to be in much better shape over the next couple years.

I don't know about her transferring.  She seems happy here and surely she will get more playing time.

I hope she does get more playing time, and I certainly hope she stays.

The whole concept of being more athletic and fast ends on maya. She’s the same slow and non athletic player they have had for years

Makalusky is going to be a solid to borderline star…15 to 20 ppg, 6 or 7 rpg, solid defensively, solid passer, low tos her junior and senior year.
