Great video and yes; we’re gonna love CE. An example? During the recruitment he was always an IU heavy lean, but the one thing that sold him above all others was when he walked into Assembly Hall.

Of note, starting at the 14:00 mark there’s some really good insight about Coach Devries; probably the best I’ve heard yet.

To all you follow stalkers out there, he says he reaching out to the targets to recruit them to IU so there you go.  lol.
