Reminder he'll be on campus tomorrow for a UV.  He was offered by Woody and took a UV while Woody was still coach so this will be his second visit to IU.  Per Andershock, he is a priority '27 target.   Rod Clark was recruiting him while he was still at TN so there is that connection.

IU staff also saw Thompson while at Link Academy today watching Ethan Taylor.

Link has already played a number of games but this is the first I've seen any kind of stats for Thompson.

I'm having doubts that Shaw's tweets and short blurbs on On3 are always actually updates and he's just regurgitating stuff he's posted previously.   When I read some his "news" updates, I swear I've read it before even though they're carrying a current date.

Thompson was offered by Woody and then re-offered by DDV; however, I really don't think there's any actual ongoing recruiting taking place with him.  But if you're really bored tonight, Link Academy is playing the first game of the Chipotle Nationals at 6:00.
