[Class of '66 Old Fart]

No idea if there is genuine IU interest or not.  Just a '28 so lots of time if there is.

Cole Kelly, Neuqua Valley, sophomore, forward: Averaged 20.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.0 block. Made 51% of his shots, including 70 3-pointers, and 81.6% of free throws. Conference player of the year and Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Class 4A all-state first team.

Named to Max Preps Sophomore All-American third team.

Cole Kelly, Neuqua Valley (Naperville, Ill.)

6-7 | Wing

Averaged 20 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two steals per contest for the Wildcats (31-2).

 

 

Named honorable mention on Max Preps Sophomore All-American team.

Landon Lampley, Pike (Indianapolis, Ind.)

6-6 | Wing

Produced 15.0 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.4 assist per game to help the Red Devils go 23-4.

For those that follow such things, '28 Noah Washington (New Albany HS) is jumping from Indiana Elite (3SSB) to the Indy Heat on the EYBL AAU circuit.

INFO: Kansas State, Indiana, Purdue, and Miami of Ohio were in yesterday to see 2028 prospect Amarian Leggett, he tells @madehoops. Rated as a Top-115 prospect by On3. Leggett has great positional size for a lead guard, has a quick burst off the dribble, shows some finesse with the ball, & excels in scoring opportunities at the rim. High promise prospect who has yet to reach his ceiling. One to monitor as we move close to the first 3SSB session.

Leggett attends Blackford HS (but he's much better than Luke Brown) and plays AAU for Indiana Elite.

Interesting the way Branham phrased that. Think it’s fair to say Bell is the headliner for most of those guys.
