I sit here watching the Purdue and Wisconsin game just trying to figure out how the IU basketball team can be so far out of it at times all season and to end the season in a basic no-show performance with the coach getting 2 technicals. Just such a lowpoint, bitter taste that has to last until next fall, someone mentioned that it resembles what the football program has been.

It’s been a very disappointing season to say the least!  This team had talent but they weren’t coached right in order to cover up or deficiencies in order to put them in positions to compete and win more games than win.  Also, to not go out and get a good shooter or two while leaving a scholarship open was probably the biggest bummer.

Football is historically one of the worst programs in CFB. Basketball is not close to that bad.

If you consider where the basketball program was and where they have taken it to it is really impressive!
