4-star 6'7" Jordan Scott attends South Lakes HS in Reston, VA and played AAU for Virginia Elite on the UAA circuit.  Ranked #79 in latest 247 composite.

Watched both of his games from this past weeked.  Both were blowouts but couple of things stood out in my mind.  Excellent body control and repeatedly finished in traffic with either hand.

69-37 win over Battlefield:  23p; 7r; 1s; 3b; 1t       10-14 FG; 0-1 on 3s; 3-4 FT

77-33 win over Gainesville:  14p; 8r; 1s; 1b; 1t        6-9 FG; 2-2 on 3s; 0-2 FT

61-43 win over Hayfield.  Scott 15p; 3r; 3a; 3s; 3b; 0t            6-9 FG; 2-3 on 3s; 1-2 FT

Tues. night South Lakes defeated Langley 68-34 in a game that was over immediately as South Lakes scored the first 18 pts. and never looked back.  The game stream stopped about midway through the 3rd Q so no full game stats available for Scott.

Tonight South Lakes beat Alexandria City 64-54 and Scott finished with a double double 15p and 11r along with 1s and 1b.  Deceptively quick and doesn't force bad shots.

In a recruiting update from Dushawn London he reports Scott is currently being recruited hard by Maryland, Michigan State, Virginia Tech, Indiana, Georgetown, and LSU all of which were in attendance during the Under Armour Live period last weekend. 

Indiana: "The relationship with Indiana has been going well. They text me almost everyday to check in. Assistant coach Kenya Hunter is the one recruiting me the most and the message over there is they want me to come to their school. When they reach out they'll ask me how my days are going and have conversations like that."
