Would it be better to demean a player or curse the hell out of them? A manager has a lot of tools to use. One I had to keep repeating to myself is 'Listen, and respond with empathy'. It does not mean to agree. I needed to remind myself to not respond immediately in a way that would stop any positive motivation on the part of others. Well considering being undisciplined seems to be a theme under Allen... maybe ripping into them would help. Quote
