I guess I'm not surprised we didn't get this one, but more surprised at the general feeling that we had no chance. For all the success we've had the last couple years, we don't seem to be generating much buzz on the recruiting trail lately.

Not sure what the issue is.  The last year or so Talia Goodman has been a great source but she's moved up in the women's sports world so IU isn't her only interest.  Either we don't like Raoul or he doesn't like us or it's a mutual hate fest but we never get any PR from him and he's as clued in to women's recruiting as anyone.  I only ever had 9 names for us with '24 offers and I have 8 names with '25 offers.  Surely we put out more offers than that.

Goodman ask Blakes why Vandy?  It was the same answer you would have heard if she had picked IU including loves to play defense.
