10 sim.

Sim 1:

Kent State plays great defense in the first half,  going into half up 33-22.  The lead gets as large as 13 in the second half.   IU gradually chops away and takes their first lead at 5:36 when Reneau hits two free throws.  A big and-one by Jackson Davis at 1:46 left puts IU up 60-57.  A Trey Galloway steal with 9 seconds left seals it and IU wins 62-57.

Sim 2:

IU stifles Kent State in the first half completely and leads 28-13 at half.  Kent State makes a run late when the game is over and IU wins 60-49 in a game that wasn't as close as the score.

Sim 3:

Kent State had a one-and-one with a chance to tie if they hit both with 12 seconds left.  They miss and IU ices it, winning 65-61.

Sim 4:  

First half controlled by Kent State as they lead 36-29.  IU slowly fights back and ties it at 56 on a JHS jumper with 5;12 left.  Kent State leads by 3 with under 30 seconds left when TJD scores and one to tie it.  Last shot by Kent State is no good.  OT.  Kent State controls the OT, outscoring IU 18-9 for a Kent State 88-79 overtime win.

Sim 5:

IU simply unable to get stops down the stretch in a tight game.  Kent State 77-70.

Sim 6:

Putrid performance by IU.  Kent Stat 70-51.

Sim 7:

Two late threes in the last 20 seconds made the final score appear closer than it was.  IU 67-65.

Sim 8:  

Kent State made one run in the second half, but this one was IU's all the way.  IU 81-65.

Sim 9:

Kent State tied the game at 55 with 6:53 left.  From there, IU closed the game on a 14-4 run.  IU 69, Kent State 61

Sim 10:

One word:  ugh.  Kent State dominates the first half, 41-22.  IU plays better in the second half but doesn't come close.  Kent State 73, IU 62.

Final results:  IU wins 6 games, Kent State wins 4.  Average score...dead even:  IU 66.6, Kent State 66.6.
