Most Obscure IUBB Scholarship Player

Recommended Posts

RICK ROWRAY.  1981 scholarship player, played in 1 game, scoring 2 points.  Transferred to Ball State, sat out a transfer year, and then averaged 9.8 points per game in 1983-4.  Finished his career off in 'fine fashion' at Ball State the next year, averaging only 1.4 ppg.

BTW, here is a link to scholarship players (check the second post, below the grid.  If a player was a non-scholarship player, they are in italics.

Malcolm Sims.  Mike Davis recruit.  Played in 8 games in 1992-3, scored 11 points total.  Transferred to Cleveland State where he put together a decent career, averaging in double figures in each of the next three years.

Couldn't been a Mike Davis recruit in 92-93

Another forgettable name Mark Haymore.  Left after 1 season to UMass and was eventually drafted by the 76ers.

Haymore was actually at IU for two years before transferring to UMass.
