Why are we pretending this is equivalent?  Ryan was an assistant at Wisconsin for 9 years BEFORE becoming a head coach at a lower division and THEN was a head coach at D1 Milwaukee before going to Wisconsin.  That's 11 years at D1 schools.

McCollum was an assistant at Emporia State University, one of six schools governed by the Kansas Board of Regents. Guess what school also is? Kansas. So McCollum was in the general vicinity of a D1 campus 12 years ago. Try again.
