Receiver of the Year;  Fryfogle

4 Offensive players named to 2nd and 3rd All Conference:  Penix, Scott, Fryfogle. 2nd Team; Hendershot 3rd Team; 
Phylor and Crider. Honorable Mention

& Defensive Players Named:  McFadden 1st Team; Both Johnsons (Jerome and Jamar), Mullen and Williams.  2nd Team; Matthews. 3rd Team
Jones Honorable Mention

I am assuming that this many Hoosiers have NEVER been named All Conference before.  Pretty darn impresive!

The one thing that didn't make sense to me, is:  How the blazes can Fryfogle win the Receiver of the year, but not be on the 1st team?  

Congrats to all of them.  IU FB has been one of the only bright spots this fall!

I thought they were done with all the all conference but there are some more:

Allen:   Coach of the year!  Personally I think this one should have been his last year, but either way pretty HUGE!

 

Special Teams:  Campbell made the 2nd team.

Whitehead and Taylor  got an honorable mention.

Mekhi Sargent was IU's nominee for the Sportsmanship Award.  

Pretty amazing list!!
