Hoosiers lead 1-0 at the half.  10 shots; 4 on goal; 5 corners for the good guys and our defense has limited E'ville to a single shot.  Our goal came at 31' |  from Sam Sarver off an assist from Jack Wagoner.

Less than 20 min. left and we're nursing a 1-0 lead.  Dominating offensively with 17 total shots; 4 on goal while limiting the Aces to just 2 shots.   Nervous that despite our offensive dominance, they're going to sneak one in and tie it up.

I'm in the process of typing this post and I'll be damned that's exactly what happened and we're tied 1-1 with 17 minutes left.

Another disappointing match ending in a 1-1 tie.  We only allowed the Aces to take 6 total shots but 3 were on goal and they made one count.  We fired off 20 total shots with 6 on goal and we had 9 corners to their 3 but couldn't get the win.

Friday we host Maryland (3-1-3) and then don't play again until the 27th on the road at O$U.

Game Story

In miserable weather, Hoosiers scored in the 80th minute to salvage a tie.  They withstood 21 O$U shots of which 9 were on goal while getting just 9 of their own but made 2 of them count.  Next Tuesday night they're on the road at Wisky.

The first clip is Sam Sarver's goal.  Note as he celebrates in the corner of the field how hard the wind was blowing and how hard it was raining.
