New wrestling/volleyball facility final design approval will be submitted to the board of trustees next week. Construction should begin in the fall and be complete by the fall of 2019. Renderings should be posted during the meeting on twitter. I believe the final estimated cost is around $17 million.  The only remaining campaign project is the Armstrong Stadium soccer renovation, and that is still awaiting a major gift. 

Golf course project approval will be submitted for the Board of Trustees as well. Final design approval should be submitted at the next meeting after this. Cost is $12 million:

Main threads on these are on the "other sports" board, but I'll give a brief update here too. Both projects were approved, and both will be finished fall of 2018.

He said the team will actually take the field from near the south end once everything is complete, because of how the locker room is situated and how it's going to be renovated/expanded; they're going to create a new tunnel for them to come out of instead of coming out of the weight room. Which will be interesting since the visitors locker room will exit near there too.

I've been on the lookout for any information or plans for our locker room/player lounge expansion and renovation. I haven't seen anything yet, but I imagine that's due to the fact that that can't be done until the south end zone is closer to completion.
