I'm not an attorney either, but frequently design sports inspired logos/shirts etc. so I've done a bit of research. As long as the IU logo isn't used, nor "Indiana Hoosiers" together, to be safe, it should be good. I do think "It's Miller Time" is a trademark slogan however. Quote
